BR2-12 The Great Depression

The impact of the Great Depression was huge. P 20

I read ‘The Great Depression’ this time. This is because it seemed to me that I should know about it. After I read this book, I was able to learn a lot of things. For example, during the Great Depression, more than 12 million people in the United States were unable to find work. Moreover, more than 20000 companies and 10000 banks had to close. Compared with in those days, it seems to me that now economy has improved. However, jobs are hard to find for a man of the present age, too. In other words, a job shortage has continued. In fact, People who study the economy still do not know for sure why the Great Depression occurred. I was able to consider a lot of things by reading this book. I want a lot of people to read it.
