Essay6 1st episode of a foreign television drama

I’ll write about first episode of a foreign television drama. I watched ‘Heroes’. ‘Heroes’ is an American science fiction and there are a lot of characters who have special abilities in this drama.

I will write about the character and special ability from now. First of all, I will write about Claire Bennet. She has a special power which is able to regenerate her body, so even if she jumped from the roof of the building or stood up to fire to help people, she did not get injured at all. Her special power is very good and a lot of people may think that I want to be Claire Bennet. However, it seemed to me that she is not happy. Next I will write about Nathan Petrelli. He has a special power which is able to fly. After he had a realistic dream, he was under the impression that he can fly. Moreover he said a lot of people that I may be able to fly. Most of the people who heard his words paid little attention to something. However, He was able to fly in the end. Next, I will write about Isaac Mendez. He has a special power which is able to foresee the future. At first, he was astonished at his painting he does not remember at all. However, he noticed that the picture he drew indicate the future. This special power is very great. However, It seemed to me that he dislike the special power.

This drama was very interesting and I thought that this drama give a lot of dream for people. In fact, most of the people will think that we will not be able to have the special power. However I believe in human potential.

1st episode was so interesting that I thought that I want to watch the second episode, too.

     I read ‘UFOs-Ordinary or Alien’ because I am interested in UFO. I often hear that a lot of people saw UFO these days. However I have never seen UFO. Do you believe in UFO? Since I was a child, I have believed in UFO. Moreover I believe in not only UFO but also an alien. I think that it is very likely UFO could be visitors from other planets. We do not know about other planet at all. However I think that a lot of creatures we have never seen live in other planet. In fact, the latest investigate suggested that there were some water in Mars. After I heard the news, I thought that I want to know about other planets a lot. There are a lot of things human cannot elucidate. However I think that we need to continue to search a lot of things without giving up. This story was very interesting, and I was able to learn a lot of things by reading this book. If you are interested in UFO, I want you to read this book.

I have heard that ‘Time is money’ or Money talks. I think that money have a very strong power in the present age. I was able to learn a lot of things by reading this book. For example I knew the fact that paper notes were first used as money more than 1000 years ago. This book was very useful for me. Moreover I was able to learn about the history of money. I thought that this book was very interesting and it was easy to read, so I want a lot of people to read this book.

I read ‘The Happy Prince’. This is because I have heard that some people said this book was very interesting. After I read this book, I thought that a lot of people should read this book. This is because this book impressed me deeply. It seemed to me that this book was written about the appreciate attitude of people. The Prince was very wonderful. This is because even if the prince became shabby by helping a lot of people who are very troubling, he continued to help a lot of people. I thought that person like this prince should be a leader. This is because most of the people tend to think only of theirself. However this prince was different. As I read this book, I thought that I want to be a person like this prince. This book was very touching story, so I want a lot of people to read this book. I think that this book will make a deep impression on the read.

          I read ‘walking on the moon’. This is because I am very interested in space world. When I was a child, I read a lot of books about space and I thought that I want to go to a space many times. Walking on the moon was my dream. However, I thought that human cannot go there, so I gave up the idea of going to a space. When I was an elementary school student, I knew some people were able to walk on the moon. Moreover I heard the fact that humans walked on the moon for the first time on 20 July 1969. I regretted what I gave up my dream. However the information made me happy. I hope that all the people come to be able to go to a space in the future. If I had a chance, I want to go to a space. This book was very interesting and it was easy to read. If you are interested in the space, I want you to read this book.

         I read ‘Heating Up’. This is because now that global warming became one of the serious environmental problems. I was able to know the fact that the Earth’s temperature may go up by as much as six degrees in the next 100 years by reading this book. After I read this book, I thought that we have to take some actions. It seems to me that to cut greenhouse gases is the most important thing. We need to ride a bike, walk or car pool. We can reduce a lot of greenhouse gases by using the ways. Moreover we need to buy things that use less energy. If we did not take some actions, animal will influence greatly influence, too. This book was very useful for me. Moreover I was able to consider a lot of things by reading this book. I think that a lot people need to know about the present situation about global, so I want a lot of people to read this book.

After I read this book, I thought that I want to know about the dinosaurs a lot. In fact, it is very difficult for modern people to reveal the truth. However, I think that we need to continue to the research about it. This book was very interesting and it was easy to read. If you have a lot of free time, I want you to read this book.

        I read ‘Understanding Rules’. It is very important for people to follow the rules. In fact, if there were no rules in the world, it is hard to live. However, I think that all the rules are not always good. Especially I think that I do not have to wear school uniform. There are three reasons why I think so. First, students are able to display their originality by wearing plain clothes. I heard that most American students do not have to wear school uniform because most people who live in America attach importance to personality. Second, as I grow older, school uniform will not work. This is because we cannot wear the school uniform after graduated. Finally, once the school uniform got dirty, we have to buy same things. This is because we do not have to wear the dirty shirt. Especially, a white dress shows the dirt with ease. For these reasons, I think that school uniform is bad for students. This book is very interesting, so If you have a lot of free time, I want a lot of people to read this book.

      I read ‘celebrating New Year’. I was able to learn a lot of things by reading this book. we Japanese celebrate New Year on 1 January and we do not have a sense of incongruity about it at all. This is because we think that New Year is the time to celebrate the coming of the New Year. However, I learned not all people celebrate New Year on 1 January. Moreover, I was able to learn the old days, too. For example, I was able to know the fact that a lot of people celebrated the New Year with the coming of spring in very old times or a lot of people celebrated the New Year in the autumn. As I read this book, I came to be interested in the New Year. Especially, I was interested in the history of New Year. Until I read this book, I did not know about New Year at all, so this book was very useful for me, so I want a lot of people to read this book. This book was very interesting, easy to read and easy to understand.

      I read’ Travelling around’ because I think that I want to travel around the world in the future. I have never been to foreign country and I do not have foreign friend at all. Moreover I want to learn a lot of things by travelling around the world. For example, lifestyle, eating habits and so on. Since I was a child, I am interested in the world heritages, so I think that I  want to visit a lot of world heritages in the future. This book was written about how do you get from place to place? In fact, people use lots of different ways to travel from one place to another place. However I cannot say what is the best way because it seems to me that each kind of transport has its good and bad points. A lot of people may say that traveling on foot is the best way because using a car and bus is bad for the environment. However, it takes a long time to travel long distances. What do you think is the best way? I did not know about it.

       I read ‘surviving a tsunami’ because I thought that I want to survive in case a tsunami generated. A big earthquake generated in Japan in 2011 and a lot of people dead because of a big tsunami. I knew for the first time how fearful a tsunami is. A big tsunami washes away with a lot of things and damage to a lot of people. This book was written about the earthquake that started tsunami in 2004 happened close to the coastline of Indonesia. I was only a child at the time, so I did not know how fearful a tsunami is. However, a big tsunami which generated in Japan was a shock to not only the Japan but also the whole world. After the socking incident, I came to be interested in the tsunami. This is because even if a big tsunami happened, we have to survive. I was able to learn what is a tsunami and a disaster for the world by reading this book. This book was very useful for me, so I want a lot of people to read this book.
