I read 'How to be healthy' because I think I am not health. I have to change my habits to become healty. I thought that most important thing is eating breakfast. I do not have for breakfast at all these days. this is because I am a late riser. First of all, I have to cure myself of a bad habit because I can improve my eating habits and lifestyle by improving my bad habits. I thought that I eat breakfast as soon as possible and try to eat a lot of vegitable. I do not like vegitable, but I need to eat it a lot. Moreover I do not play sports at all these days. when I was playing the sports, I was able to sleep a lot. I think I try to play a sports because I want to sleep a lot but I have not been getting enough sleep these days. a lot of good imformation are written in this books. I want a person who is not healthy to read this book, and I want the person to improve his or her lifestyle by reading the book. I think all the people should read it.
